A P2P marketplace is a trust product. The trading is trivial; escrow, disputes and reputation are the whole business.
In a P2P marketplace the platform never holds the trade — two strangers do, and one of them has to move first. Everything the product does is about making that safe enough to happen.
Which is why a P2P build that starts with the order matching has started in the wrong place.
Escrow, the thing that makes it work
Without it there is no marketplace, only a message board.
- Crypto locked in escrow the moment an order opens
- Release on confirmation, with both sides able to see the state
- Timeouts, so an abandoned order does not lock funds indefinitely
- Admin visibility into every escrowed order
Disputes, which will happen
Design for them and they are a support cost. Ignore them and they are the business.
- A dispute flow both parties can open
- Chat attached to the order, so evidence sits with the trade
- Admin able to join any conversation and see the full history
- Resolution with an audit trail, because these decisions get questioned
Reputation and merchants
The mechanism that makes a second trade more likely than a first.
- Merchant verification for sellers
- Reputation carried across trades
- Account controls — suspension and restriction where it is needed
- KYC tiers, with limits attached
Local payment methods
The reason P2P exists in most of its markets.
- Configurable payment methods per market
- Regional rails that card processors do not reach
- Fiat pricing that follows local reality rather than a single reference rate
Own it outright
A clone in the marketplace sense is a copy you rent or cannot read. This is the opposite arrangement.
- Complete source code, with no encryption and no obfuscation
- Deployed on infrastructure you control
- No recurring licence, and no vendor approval needed to change how it works
- $24,900 one-time for the Full Suite, with deployment and six months of support

Questions you might have
Can we run P2P on its own?
Yes. The P2P module licenses separately for exchanges that already exist, and it ships inside the Full Suite for new ones.
Who resolves disputes?
Your team. The platform gives them the order history, the chat and the escrow controls to do it with.
How are local payment methods added?
They are configured per market from the admin panel.
Does the platform hold the fiat?
No. Fiat moves directly between the two parties; the platform escrows the crypto side.
