Overview

A funded-trader business in one platform

Prop Trading is not an add-on — it's a full product. It ships with the public pages traders buy from, the dashboards they live in, the terminal they trade on, and the entire back office you run it with: plan builder, rule engine, risk daemons, treasury, payouts, reporting and notifications. You define the evaluation model; the platform enforces every rule automatically, tracks each account through Challenge → Verification → Funded, and routes the profit split when traders get paid.

It runs perfectly on its own. And because it speaks the same language as your Javizen exchange, the two can share accounts, wallets and the futures matching engine when you operate both. With installation and onboarding handled by our team, deployment is a structured, low-risk go-live, and we stay with you through launch.

  • Built-in disclaimersIndicative-only and past-performance notices are wired into the configurator by default.

The trader dashboard

  • Account Loss AnalysisMax drawdown used vs limit, daily loss used vs limit, and a live daily-loss-resets-in countdown in UTC.
  • Goal & Phase progressionPer-phase profit target with at-risk / on-track state, drawdown and daily-loss limits as used-vs-limit progress, and a visual Challenge → Verification → Funded tracker.

The risk engine & rule enforcement

  • Time constraintsMinimum trading days to block fluky one-shot passes, and maximum trading days to auto-fail stale challenges.
  • Position & risk limitsMax leverage (hard-capped at the engine), max open positions, max position size and max total exposure as % of starting balance, plus absolute min/max position notional.
  • Margin & hedge controlsAllowed margin modes (Cross / Isolated) and an allow-hedge-mode toggle, per phase.
  • Trading restrictionsAllow or block news trading with configurable blackout windows, plus weekend-holding and overnight-holding controls that force-close positions when disabled.
  • Per-phase market controlAllow-list or block-list specific markets per phase.
  • Consistency ruleOptionally cap any single day's profit as a % of total profit, to discourage one-lucky-day strategies.
  • Liquidity controlChoose whether external cached depth is used as fallback liquidity per phase; challenge and verification phases keep it on so traders can always fill.
  • Live equity watcherA configurable daemon recomputes equity on a set interval and batch size to detect breaches and fail accounts in near real time, with a selectable runner (e.g. pm2 or the scheduler).
  • Global safety overridesA platform-wide max-drawdown lock, an inactivity threshold, a large-account alert threshold, and an option to block phase transitions on inactive accounts.

Funded accounts & payouts

  • Treasury & operator routingA treasury account funds passing traders, an operator account receives the platform share, and strict-routing makes payouts fail loud if the operator isn't configured.
  • Treasury healthLive balance, accounts awaiting funding, required total and shortfall, with a healthy/at-risk status.
  • Payout workflowA payout queue with All / Pending / Under Review / Approved / Rejected / Paid states, showing requested amount, trader share and platform share per request.
  • Payout automationMinimum review hours before auto-pay, a per-user cap on pending payouts, auto-refund of paid-but-unused accounts after N days, and an optional hourly auto-pay cron to spot wallets.
  • Profit splitA default split per plan that the funded phase can override.

How it works

From enrollment to payout, in one platform

You define the model; the platform runs it — from the trader's first purchase to their payout, and across both standalone and exchange-connected setups.

How a trader moves through it

Every account follows the same automated path your rules define:

  • Enroll — a trader picks a plan on your public marketing page, sizes it with a live configurator, and pays the entry fee.
  • Challenge — they trade a virtual balance on the real futures engine toward the profit target, while staying inside daily-loss and drawdown limits.
  • Verification — they repeat their edge on a second phase, usually with a lower target and the same guardrails.
  • Funded — they pass onto a fresh account funded from your treasury, trade real capital, and request payouts.
  • Get paid — you review the request, the profit is split on your terms, and the trader's share lands in their spot wallet.

Connects to your Javizen exchange

Prop Trading stands alone, but when you run it alongside a Javizen exchange the two sync into one system — run it standalone today and connect it whenever you're ready, with nothing rebuilt:

  • One account base — traders sign in with the same account; KYC level and signup gates are shared.
  • One wallet — entry and reset fees are debited from the trader's spot wallet, and payouts land back in it, with no external transfers.
  • The same futures engine — challenges and funded accounts trade on the real USDT-M futures engine, with the same matching and fills as every other futures trader.
  • Shared liquidity — the same fallback-liquidity source can back prop fills during evaluation.
  • One back office — treasury, operator routing, reporting and notifications live next to the rest of your exchange operations.

Why it's a complete product, not a plugin

A challenge form on top of someone else's terminal isn't a prop firm. This platform ships the whole business: the pages that sell, the dashboards that retain, the terminal that enforces rules as traders trade, and the back office that funds, polices and pays. You own the brand, the rules and the economics end to end.

FAQ

Questions you might have

Is this a standalone product or an add-on?

A complete standalone platform. It runs on its own and optionally connects to a Javizen exchange for shared accounts, wallets and the futures engine.

What evaluation models can I build?

Any combination of account size, entry fee, profit split, phase count, profit target, daily loss, max drawdown (static or trailing), leverage, position limits, time constraints, market allow/block lists and a consistency rule — per phase.

How are rules enforced?

A live equity watcher recomputes account equity on a set interval and fails accounts the moment a daily-loss, drawdown or other limit is breached. The trading terminal also blocks orders that would break a rule before they're placed.

How do payouts work?

Traders request payouts; you review them through a Pending → Under Review → Approved → Paid workflow. Approved payouts can auto-pay to spot wallets on a schedule, with the profit split routed to your operator account.

Where does funded capital come from?

From a treasury account you control, with live treasury-health monitoring (balance, required total, shortfall) and strict operator routing.

Can traders reset a failed challenge?

Yes, if you enable resets — at a configurable reset fee, with global multipliers to run promotions.

Does it handle KYC and signup limits?

Yes — minimum KYC level, require-KYC, max active accounts per user and an allow-new-signups switch are all built in.
