Who You Are Actually Buying From

Before you send $24,900 to a software vendor, you check who they are. This page is what there is to check.

Most vendor “about” pages are adjectives. This one is meant to be checked: a registered entity, a licence number you can look up, an address you can visit, and the names of the people who wrote the code.

It also says what we are not, because on a page like this the omissions are the interesting part.

Six years, one product

The platform was built over two years and has been developed continuously in the six years since. That is the whole answer to “how long have you been doing this”.

Before Javizen the same team shipped other things: online ordering and reservation systems, financial products and gold trading, augmented-reality applications, a 3D body scanner. Different domains, the same discipline — software that has to keep running after the launch.

What we are not

Named plainly, because every one of these is something a vendor could imply and we would rather you heard it here than found out later.

  • Not a licensed financial institution — we build software, we do not operate exchanges
  • We do not obtain your licence, run your AML programme or employ your compliance officer
  • We do not hold keys or custody assets; the platform is deployed on infrastructure you control
  • There has been no independent third-party security audit of the codebase, and we will not imply one
  • We do not provide liquidity; we integrate with the providers who do

What you have if we disappear

The honest test of any vendor is what survives them, and this is the one question our answer is genuinely different on.

  • You hold the complete source, unencrypted and unobfuscated
  • It runs on your infrastructure, so our outage is not your outage
  • No recurring licence, so nothing lapses and nothing gets repriced
  • Your developers can read and change it without our approval — that is the arrangement, not a concession

The people who build it

Twelve people, all of them here by name. Engineering reports to the CTO, product and content to the CPO, and both to the founder.

FAQ

Questions you might have

Who will I speak to on a demo call?

Our Chief Product Officer. Not a salesperson reading from a deck — the person who owns what the product does.

Can I verify the licence number?

Yes, and you should. UAE trade licences are a matter of public record; that is why the number is on this page rather than a claim that we are registered.

Is the office real?

Horizon Tower, Marina JBR, Dubai. Visits are welcome and are the fastest form of due diligence there is.

Why is the company name different from the product name?

ALMUBDEOON LLC is the registered company; Javizen is the product it makes. Contracts are signed with the former.

What happens to my exchange if the company closes?

Nothing immediate, which is the point of buying source rather than access. It runs on your infrastructure with no licence to lapse.
