Is this hosted by Javizen?
No. It is deployed on infrastructure you control — your servers or your cloud account. We do the deployment and hand it over.
Do we get the source code?
Yes, in full, with no encryption and no obfuscation. Your developers can read and change any part of it.
Is there a recurring licence fee?
No. The Full Suite is a one-time $24,900. Ongoing costs are the ones you would pay anyone: servers, and any third-party providers you choose for KYC, payments or liquidity.
What is not included?
Exchange licensing, liquidity provision, market making, third-party provider fees, and custom development beyond standard configuration.
Can we change the trading logic ourselves?
Yes. That is the point of holding the source. Heavy changes can also be scoped to us under a separate statement of work.
